Tell me if there’s any flaw in my plan

>save everything while living with mommy

That's how us ethnics do it. We live with our parents until we get married. Since you are not paying rent, even with a casual job you can make bank.
That's why you'll see many of us driving a mercedes amg or bmw in our 20s. It's not financed.

Maybe I'm just a blackpill doomer, but to me it looks like the USA is failing and the dollar is dying and the oil is running out and then there wont be any fertilizer or food and then the rioting will start and everything will descend into Mad Max style anarchy.

1. Do whatever you need for full 401k match.
2. Save 3/6/9/whatever months of spending if you lose job. Keep this in a Fidelity Money Market or some other account that at least keeps up with inflation.
3. Max Roth IRA for the year. Only 7500.
4. Increase 401k to eventually max out each year, higher % to max faster the better.
This is personally what I am doing. Still working on #4 as maxing would be 35% of my pre tax paycheck yearly and that is just not possible at the moment. I did start saving for retirement at 28 and I probably can retire at 62 assuming market has 6%ish return a year. I personally wouldn't invest in crypto but the most important part of investing is to do what you are comfortable with. I don't want to think about it and want it to be automatic straight into index funds. Just know that most people trying to do individual investments under perform index funds.

Every millionaire I've known for longer than an hour has turned out to be the worst people I've ever met. I know a guy who's 46 and a retired millionaire, and he only got a job at the DOJ because his father was an admiral. The guy was a heroin addict at the time. When I met him his Filipino girlfriend had just tried to kill her, and he was on a boat in the middle of the ocean with me because he was having a midlife crisis. He was previously divorced from a White girl, of course.

I would buy a dog but I'd want to give it the world because I'm not terrible. When you act as the steward of something, it's your responsibility to try and improve not just maintain something. To do otherwise is Egoism or narcissism.

This. I was kind of hopeful before 2020 when we were going to have DOGE cut the budget and trim the fat. But then Trump flipped against MAGA and told DOGE to fuck off. So we'll never pay down the national debt or reduce runaway inflation. That was a declaration of war against the lower classes. They will drive this economy off a cliff and laugh at you while you eat each other.

At this point, if they refuse to fix the economy, they should hurry up and destroy it and give us UBI or kill us. Whatever. I don't care anymore.

I worked two full time jobs for 10 years. One of them was for 23 years union with a pension plan. All the idiots at work cursed the pension plan because they regarded it as theft of precious beer weed coke and whores money. I

1. Bought a cheap apartment and paid it off fast. Then I was able to save the rent money to really stack funds, like $2000 a month savings.
2. Retired at 55. Sold apartment for big profit. $69k ---> $634k

But you're in a different era. Radically new rules. Keep working, saving studying. I'd rather invest in solid stocks like Archer Daniels Midland, Coca Cola, and government debt paper that pays 4% or so. DRIPs...reinvest your dividends but still have to pay captial gains.
Do NOT go to a stock broker. They are assholes and badly trained. Go to a solid bank and have them manage your investments or do it yourself.

you won't be rich and it's all a scam to prop the markets up. none of us will likely retire. Capitalists can't continue to make the profits as they did in the past, so they are resorting to scams like the 401k and IRAs (and now "Trump Accounts") in order to get passive flows into the markets from workers. even the US government itself is starting to take some ownership of the larger tech companies in order to help prop up their flailing ways to make more money.

Capitalism is in a terminal decline.

Boomers don't care. You know all they had to do was work for Walmart for 40 years and they retired millionaires on their 401ks. They are around 70s now and the ones still alive are driving big expensive trucks, living in mc mansions, eating out all the time, lapping in the major healthcare industry and just consuming.

These are also the types who are adamant trump supporters and approve of war for the petrol dollar since it supports the stock market and their very lives. The reason why America and Iran are at war is because they are fighting for control over oil. Oil sales from American puppet states fuel stock market growth. More growth is more GDP and more power to America's military and nation. So Iran wants to deny America any more growth because they feel threatened now and want to police the straits of hormuz so they can have all the growth and investments.

It's just the war which was once proxy is now developing into a general war. And the wars in Syria and Israel with Hamas, ISIS and such were just proxies to just prolong the inevitable to the war of America vs Iran today. Even the proxy war of Ukraine vs Russia was part of this. Because really the main war is actually America vs China and if or if Iran falls then it will be America vs China.

Your plan is solid, however I wouldn't invest too heavily into crypto. You can also help save a bit by going to a low cost MVNO like Helium or using Ubigi + Google Voice. Like $25/yr for the second one. Also look into getting a credit card but most imporantly: Make sure it has a % back on all purchases, even 1%, is free, and you pay it off weekly. It'll help you build credit (Which is whatever) but you'll get free money that way. Costco and Amazon have solid "free" ones.

Also gonna shill watching or listening to Caleb Hammer in background while driving. Laughing at the retards and how they're fucking up will help you not do that.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gURhbK0Q8pc

Lastely, remember cost oppurtuniy is a thing. You can wash your dishes yourself without a dishwasher, but that's extra time and energy. Lack of time and energy may lead you to going out for food instead of cooking. Spend the $400 one time, install it yourself. Much better than spending an extra $10 multiple times per week.

The problem with land is, it's not cheap. And you need a good goy job to pay for it. Especially as real estate prices rise so your property tax would as well.

Even if you buy a cheap house they are cheap for a reason. You won't be able to sustain yourself there. Most working class in these cheap homes work wagie jobs and use government assistance such as SNAP, HUD and Medicade. In fact most rent and don't even own a home.
>>
>>539236341

By the time you retire in your 60s your body will be too shot to do anything like in your 20s and 30s. It's all a scam. You're saving money to eventually have some Shaniqua wipe your ass in a nursing home where your bedroom is smaller than the room you currently reside in with your mommy while the hallways stink of shit and the nurses are walking around either doing nothing or watching tiktoks in the corner.

You're better off making sure you do everything in your power now to eat healthy and be in shape because nobody is coming to save you at retirement age. It's over if you can't move around 70+.

My plan was always to take care of my parents in their old age but my father curtailed my development so i was unable to make any money. He didn't trust me and that's the issue. He made life shit for me and when i complained about it, doubled down. Boomers never should've made life so shit for us because i know old people are always bluffing. They need help in their old age but are too stubborn and prideful to admit it.

It's very possible America's economy collapses due to hyperinflation if Iran win the war. The USA's home refined diesel is not sufficient to power the nation and it must import from abroad. That's why diesel is around 5 dollars a gallon. It's not petrol that runs the nation but diesel and it's imported. Investing into the markets is a bad idea because the markets are already topped off. It's not about money per se but about growth and realized gains. You buy high now you won't be able to maintain what you have placing you in the red. That's why gold spiked so hard as people were afraid of a coming market crash and wanted a safe haven for their money.

Gold is just a hedge against hyperinflation with worthless dollars and markets. Although you would probably be better off with land, guns, family, farms but good luck sustaining yourself with that. It's not easy to grow your own food and you still have to pay property taxes.

land and homes aren't necessarily expensive, just depends on where
if you can somehow get a remote job you can easily get your 40+ acres @ $1k/acre. if not and you have to stay near civilization it will probably be more like $5k/acre or even $10k. perhaps less if you're willing to commute farther. $200k homes are generally great in those middle of nowhere places otherwise you're looking $300k+ minimum for ok now.
you just want to prioritize your own ability to make things, both tools, knowledge, and the resources needed to run it; land will be required for that. that's better security than any amount of stocks or savings.
>>
>>539236341
As someone who retired at 34, the only way I know it's possible is to work for yourself. You have to make a lot of money in a small amount of time, then you have to put it into something that generates a good return and is safe into the future. The best thing for that are tangible assets, rental homes, store fronts, retail businesses that can operate autonomously.

One mistake I see people make, is that they will save large sums of money $200-300k, enough to actually aquire some working capital, but they just let it sit in an account drawing a few points in interest. Go do something with the money. Buy some land and build something on it. You need to double that $300k, then double that again, and again, and again. Working as a wagie and sticking pennies in your piggy bank isn't going to cut it. You actually have to get off your ass and go make/build/create/grow something of value yourself. Or, you'll be stuck putting pennies in that piggy bank until you're too old to even enjoy your pennies.

Good luck finding a "remote job". It's not the pandemic anymore. Most money people have is from globalism. So they would sell an expensive house in Silicone valley and then buy a cheap house in Arkansas. And that's exactly what democrats/liberals already did.

But the problem is there's nothing out there. Maybe a dollar general and a walmart 30 minutes away. You won't survive out there even if you had the money.

Start stacking constitutional money with your 200 bucks, and back-off on crapto-schtick.

Your paper has value, only as long as the ZOG-Pimp delusion persists.

When it fractures it resolves to zero, in a hurry.

Yeah you have to become a jew. And investments are not without work and risks. You have to maintain your rentals or pay someone who will. It's a ponzi scheme and you are always betting on making money from other people's labor. I'm not saying you aren't wrong but taking risks after having a decent savings is not an easy call to make.

The only sure fire way to make money was yesterday. That is invest before globalism and then cash out. All the people with money today started their lives decades ago and just bought this random house for 2k and it's worth 700k now and they sell it or rent it out for profit. And people will pay 2k a month to rent it out. See? It's all a scam. The cheap property is already had and you are taking a huge risk buying a property to rent it out after paying 300k for it.

It's another marketing scam. There is no such thing as a blue chip crypto, closest to that is Bitcoin itself which in of itself is a massive scam. People were jewed by digital Chuck E Cheese coins that have no real world value. We live in a world that doesn't need workers anymore and people are still playing by 1800's rules. A minimum wage isn't needed in 2026, a Universal Basic Income is needed. And the longer that is delayed the more things will fall into shit.

The issue is people need to eat so they are forced to work. So we have regressed back in time before the civil rights movement. Working class are literal slaves again and the people with money are all corporate or stock holders. This is why OP is like "hur dur" i just had an awesome idea.

"Why don't i just join the jew and invest and will be set". It's like facepalm. You should've been doing this 20 years ago. Or even more. You should've been investing your lunch money into amazon stocks and stealing from your parents credit card.

I don't strictly disagree but I do know friends in that position. I've partially looked but there's not many in my field and I'm not looking to change jobs quite yet.
A lot of these places also aren't nearly as remote as you think, just take a look at what options are out there. Absolute worst case you stick near the cities, get an acre or two with a 1200 sq ft home for $300k, and work on your own projects in the meantime (which you might be able to use to make money on the side or at least save money, and hopefully something you enjoy). It'll take time but the decade to get there is a lot better than the 6 decades of working 'saving' and 'investing' to then retire and keel over dead
your only savings should be an emergency fund or possibly what you're saving up for your home and/or land. Depending where you get land you might not even have to deal with building codes, if I move an hour out I wouldn't.
There's options out there, won't necessarily be fun or easy but they exist. Just have to figure out which ones you're willing to do or want to do.
>>
>>539243982
The mistake most people make with property is seeing it as a passive investment. They want to buy a completed home and then do nothing, hoping the price keeps going up. That's investing, what I'm saying is you actually have to create and build, not just passively invest. Buy raw land and build a home. Buy a distressed property and rehab it. Don't just buy something and hope it goes up in value, make it worth more.

I get that it's a risk, but the alternative is to do nothing. I'll take that risk. Also, the risk is on me, and I trust myself not to be retarded. I'd rather risk everything than spend my life being a wagie. And, if I fail, I will try again, because the wagie alternative isn't acceptable to me.
>>
>>539236341
The return on your retirement accounts will never keep up with inflation. And thats assuming they don't outright take your savings in a bail in.
>>
>>539244279
Most people just work and retire on social security. The idea of trying to cheat the system is very risky. So people would rather work at Walmart for 50 years then retire on social security and stocks instead of trying to save a bunch of money to move out someplace to work remotely and then somehow self sustain yourself.

It's too much work for yourself. It's much easier to just work for walmart and live off the labor of others via social security.
>>
>>539244268
The issue is people are attributing value to things with no value. Crypto is worth fuck all and nothing, used to by scumbags and fuckheads to sidestep doing actual labor. You can argue it's to get around government surveillance, but that's not something they're supposed to be doing anyways. So rather than address that, crypto just contributes to the human centipede of people fucking each other. All the crypto in the world isn't worth 1% of the 120,000 pounds / 92,000,000 calories of sockeye me and the boys pulled out of the water last year.

The best way I have ever heard it put is, "We can't have an economy of washing each other's clothes". We know longer know what is actually valuable as a society.
>>
>>539244395
Most people just buy a house close to their job and the real estate market goes up beyond their control. It's what happened to boomers and they think they are god's because of it.

It's just inflation and higher property values are not good because you have to pay higher property taxes. Paying 5k a year is a lot when you have other expenses too when the original tax was around 1k before globalism. This is why globalism destroyed America because wages did not go up but fees and taxes did.
>>
>>539244484
Cheating the system is risky, and playing it keeps you stuck. That's why you have to disconnect yourself from it as much as possible. If you can grow even some of your own food, that's guaranteed food you don't have to pay for or worry about inflation. Get your own tools for whatever, perhaps woodworking or metalworking or whatever you're interested in, and you'll not have to worry about paying someone else for that and others might be willing to pay you to do it.
Can't be freed from everything, but the more you can do the better. Not everyone's going to care to do it, either, and that's not a bad thing, just is. Everyone has to make that decision for themselves, but I know what my goal is.
>>
>>539244641
Crypto is a ponzi scheme and the only reason it's worth so much is because it makes profit from another persons loss. So there was a mad rush on crypto when the US government cut taxes back in 2018. Prior to that the values remained stagnant for at least a decade. So it's greed. Bitcoin was 1k each then it was 3k then 18k. The greed even caused it rise over 100k each at one point. And understand bitcoin was once worth 2 cents.

It's not the bitcoin. It's just the technology of the thing that allowed people to discreetly invest into it so nobody would know about their vice of greed. They lose money, nobody knows. They gain money, nobody knows. It's decentralized blockchain and this discreteness allowed bitcoin to rise from 2 cents to over 100k each. It has no value in itself no matter what the white paper said. It was just a mechanism for greed. Bitcoin is like digital gold. And people have always attempted to hoard gold in the past to screw over other's. The best example is the Rothschilds who held people's gold in their vaults but never gave back all the amount the person stored at once and instead used another person's gold to invest with.

This is what you can do with bitcoin and nobody knows because when you sell and other people person loses it they can't do anything about it. And everyone investing into bitcoin wants to be the one who sells high and buys low.

>Most people just buy a house close to their job

Most people never even make any sort of plan to get wealthy. Of those that do only a few actually try it. Just coming up with a plan to make money, not save money, make money, and then acting on that plan puts you in the top 90%.

Success isn't rare because it's so hard to achieve, it's rare because most people don't even attempt it out of fear of failure.

Yeah, fractional reserve banking.

All of life is just lazy cunts trying to get you to do things so they can can fuck you. Money isn't about value, it's about power.
>>
>>539245243
I don't disagree but failure after working for decades is a huge risk to make. So most people play it safe.

Even investing a few hundred dollars into the markets is risky 30 years ago because back then 100 dollars would be a choice of eating or not. And most people choose the path of least resistance so they will eat today and not worry about making money tomorrow.
>>539245338
Money is a social construct and it doesn't really exist. But when you play by the jews rules and live your life using money as a means of exchange it exists. Money replaced the barter system which was honest. You get what you give and there's no investments, abstracts or markets. Money used to be made into coins in order to keep people honest because of the weight. But that was eventually exploited too via hoarding and currency debasement. The most honest forms of money are to keep it physical and cumbersome. Which is the exactly opposite of what Bitcoin is. Bitcoin is not only digital but it is decentralized so no authority can confiscate from you. No matter how immorally you use it for.

Of course the ideal way is to live off the land. That's how we are supposed to exist on this earth. The industrial revolution has changed how humanity lives. Most people are living hand to mouth on the machine instead of nature.

There's not even any free land anymore when homesteading is what built America.

Fascism is the merger between corporate and state. We have fascism but it's called Zionism. Fascism does not reject materialism either but rather embraces it for the betterment of the state.

The USA is a fascist state ever since 9/11 when corporate merged with state. Just because it's zionist or globalist doesn't make it any less fascist. It's just global now instead of national. You see America has a global revolutionary ideal to make the world safe for zionism which in itself is a antithesis to national socialism that sought to make the world safe for Germans.

You are bringing up WW2 vibes by calling me a jew when i am not. I understand you are upset but WW2 was already fought and concluded and the jews won.

Free land was never to last, it was solely used by the US to help control newly conquered territories. Nice while it lasted, but a one off and not to be expected.
The industrial revolution is the root cause, though. The loss of local production to be replaced by centralized facilities has removed any form of power your average person has. There's also a ton of social implications to it, but that's a different conversation. Trying to bring back local production to any extent possible should help, but it is a bit of an uphill battle, especially trying to convince others to take part.

You should probably skip this unless your employer offers a very lucrative match. Back in the day employers would offer very good matches, like dollar for dollar. Now most employers cap it at a dollar amount like $250/yr or some retarded shit, if they even match at all. Even in a scenario where your employer matches dollar for dollar up to say 5%, which would be a good plan by todays standards, just skip it.

Deposit your entire check into your brokerage through direct deposit. Get a debit card for the account. Some recommend E-Trade, I recommend Robinhood or IBKR. I would stay away from Schwab they like to block trades. Schwab and E-Trade have shit rates, HOOD and IBKR have the lowest friction, best rate setups.

Create a basic ETF portfolio with 2-5 solid tickers. People that dont know anything about the market should just pick QQQ + GLD in whatever ratio they feel comfortable 90/10, 80/20, 60/40, etc

After you have $2000 you can convert to a margin account. Every time your paycheck is deposited buy your portfolio holdings. Use a pre-set rule to target an equity ratio based on current market conditions. Example: market ATH = 100% equity, market -10% ATH = 75% equity, etc,etc its conservative to pin 50% equity to a -50% ATH of the market.

Use margin to maintain your equity ratio target, the higher your equity is when stocks are at ATH the more buying power you will have when stock prices drop. Do not sell any of your portfolio for any reason. Use the debit card to access your margin account for cash purchases; pay all of your bills on margin (or use a credit card and pay the CC with your margin account).

Using this system is the exact concept that enables wealthy people to live off of their investments and minimize their tax exposure. It allows you to become your own bank by accessing credit while retaining your assets.

Our lives were already built and preplanned for mass industrial scale ever since post WW2. The machine just keeps growing and turning. Agenda 2030 is coming just as planned. Soon everyone will be living in pods instead of the suburbs.

You see the pattern? Ever since the middle class died they want to do away with the suburbs. Americans are like blind sheep they don't even understand the future is 1984 with a boot smashing their face 24/7. We are already in a mass surveillance state but yet to be living in pods and eating onions and bugs. Remember they cut back the propaganda and white guilt full stop because they needed Americans to work and toil and fight again.

We are currently living in a 90s rehash all by design. It's amazing to me how oblivious everyone is to this. The music is the same too. They even brought back candy from the 90s for zoomers to eat. America is going to fight a war again. Probably Iran with ground troops.

401k can luckily be taken out early, with decent matching (my job matches 10%) it might be worth it if you pull off a risky move for a start up or go to part time to take the penalty hit of taking your 401k early (combined with the low income tax due to not having a high paying job anymore, doing it while still working normally I imagine to be a complete waste, no point getting taxed 40%+ on it).
I'm not certain that's a good idea (definitely not for everyone) nor at what point that is worth it, I'm yet to be at a point I'd be comfortable with it, but an interesting idea worth thinking about.

This has been since long before ww2, it's been from the start of industrialization, just growing and encompassing more of our lives as technology improves. I'm not sure if there's any way to truly stop it, but trying to bring back local production is the closest I can think of.
Unfortunately, 'death of the middle class' does seem to be a regression to the mean. Most of history hasn't had it, it's just unfortunate we've also destroyed any sort of community and power they used to have even if they weren't middle class. Our lives and futures were sold off for a few older generations to live a bit richer. I can't blame them, though, would be hard to forsee and I'm sure I would have made the same decisions (or at least my individual choices wouldn't have stopped this). All we can do is try and hope we build something better to get around this.
>>
>>539249078
Yes but there are actual round tables with agendas and plans to guide humanity using technology and innovation. It's not like prior to WW2 when you had different countries using industry for different methods. For example the Japanese and German war machines.

The middle class is what built America though. The USA or states would free trade with each other growing what would be the middle class with small buisness all local. We are returning to feudalism and it's amazing to me how many people in the country just take it and work at these major corporations like Walmart, Costco, Kroger, ect. The issue is getting worse as soon the next generations will not unable to afford the homes in the suburbs. They are going to be demolished and nobody realizes this.

AI will eliminate millions of jobs. But what to do with millions of unemployed people? That's why i think another world type war is coming. It's just coming to a head with Iran and America reaching a red line of sorts on oil. WW2 was about oil too. It's the same damn thing.

We have had decades of peace relatively speaking but since the proxy wars are all over and battle lines are being drawn all these various wars from Ukraine/Russia, Israel+America/Iran and China/Japan+Taiwan will all aggregate into another world war. The USA needs oil from the ME and Iran seems to want to be denying that as of late. It's all because of what Israel did to Palestine. They were too ruthless. They literally bombed it all to ruins.
