Ukraine put up no fight in 2014 when Russian troops just walked in and almost bloodlessly took Crimea. I always wonder what would have happened if they had just gone full in 2014 in the middle of the chaos of Maidan. Before Ukraine had 8 years to prepare. I wonder how it would have gone.
