im not understanding why in modern war we cant just blow up where they make the missiles at or where they launch them from.Ukraine can hit russia but they just let them lauch a 5 hour missile strike on them.

We can but we Westerners insist on humanistic conventions of war so we won’t allow ourselves to do it since it could kill innocent people. Other countries can’t do it because they literally don’t have the ability to do so.
