That’s not midtown. Midtown is yonge and eg. 1 Bloor is basically the most expensive cross street in the middle of toronto, Yorkville, you’re paying for prestige and location. Also you wouldn’t need parking because it’s literally on top of the subway, and if you can afford $1.6m you can afford to parking.
