>>539275478In my company (we are a big recruitment agency) there were quite a few incompetent unqualified women and blacks, so it's likely that they were DEI hires. But for the companies I hire for it's the opposite, they have these huge diversity is our strength campaigns on their website but when it comes to hiring they're like "oh no this candidate was born in Africa" or "he's disabled he can't do the job". They love women though, especially in technical jobs, women always get special treatment in the recruitment process to fulfill quotas
