>JUST BUY A HOUSE, BRO!>IT'S A GOOD INVESTMENT!
Look at all the money you lost by not making the optimal move at every point in the past
>JUST BUY MY OVERVALUED SHARES AT ALL TIME HIGH GOYIM, ITS A GOOD INVESTMENT!
>>539303075I won't buy either.
You'd have to be an absolute fucking retard to invest in the stock market right now. The only move right now is to be cash heavy and wait for opportunities, don't buy some boomers bags.
>>539303075Are you feeling euphoric about your stock investments?
>>539303203They’re already moving on to having the government buy the shares “for the people”.
>>539303075It's over
>>539303168>Do the most normalnigger advice imaginable that they've been telling everyone to do for 50 years bro>NOOOOO how was I supposed to know it literally just works like that?lmao>>539303288This of course but houses aren't good investment and haven't been for decades, real estate was literally always a shit way to try and make money. That thing where boomers bought up all the houses and rented them out literally didn't even give good returns, any other form of investment would have given more in the same time period, but they did it and cranked up housing prices anyway.
>>539303075Now factor in the rent that you would pay if you didn’t have a house
>>539303075Rentoid cope. The S&P filters to the top 500 companies whereas as housing price index is all houses everywhere in the U.S. So yes, investing in top performing businesses is a better decision than buying a crackhouse in Oklahoma. But if you can afford to buy in a desirable location, you should do it.
>>539303693Now factor in the mortgage, insurance, and repairs that you pay when you have a house.
>>539303075All this says is working is an absolutely pointless waste of time
>>539303999>Zero value created>Money just multiplies 13.5xThis.
>>539303880I’ll just rent out one of my rooms and have you pay for all those things
401k investment is the biggest scam and the reason the stock market bubble is kept perpetually inflatingremove the restriction that 401ks must be directed by a jewish firm and watch how things deflate
>>539303075Real estate is leveraged. I bought a 700k home in 2019 that is worth 1.5M now.
Stock market is blatant money laundering now so probably a good time to get in on it.
>>539303075you can't live in a stock, memflag niggercattle
Housing bubble is popping here because young people can't afford them. Condos are getting very expensive. A townhouse is now almost as expensive as a semi-detached home.
This is just the rate of return. It doesn’t account for the benefits of leverage. You can’t get a loan to buy stocks.
>>539304552If only we could convince boomers to invest their money into stonks instead of buying up all the housing supply. Sad.
>>539304140Spoken like someone who has never rented anything out in his life. Try it and get back to us and let it know how it goes.
>>539304483>>539304617>It doesn’t account for the benefits of leverage. You can’t get a loan to buy stocks.Poorfags shouldn't be allowed to post about things they know nothing about.
>>539303075I know OP is b8, but more anons need to hear this: buying a house is the price you pay have to a little more freedom. Mr Noseberg won't let you remodel the interior or add permanent fixtures to the yard. When you sell, you can put that money into another house and retain that freedom. Its unlikely that owning a home will make you rich. You should still continue to invest in the stock market and your 401K to get rich.
