Why haven't homeless people created their own state? After all, they are incredibly resilient. They don't need banks (which means no Jews either), and they can survive in any social or environmental conditions
Most homeless do not particularly enjoy being homeless. I have been homeless. I did in fact need a bank because I held a job for most of the years I was homeless.

Many homeless in the US have bank accounts and hold down a job or two. They usually live out of their car as homes in the US are an unattainable luxury.

I used to live in LA before I moved to Kazakhstan. DTLA (Skid Row in particular) is People's Republic of the Homeless as they have the best infra in place. Guarded parking lots with hot food for those with cars, a million outlets for breakfast/lunch/dinner(+ food for pets), places for shower/laundry, free healthcare / dentistry in collabo with UCLA, clean crack pipes / syringes, occasional hair cuts, you name it. They even help you get an ID if you are that far gone.
