The Holy Scriptures give a serious warning that not many should become teachers, for teachers will receive a stricter judgment (James 3:1). Therefore, it is not a human decision or personal preference that makes someone a teacher or preacher, but a genuine calling from God.A person who has not been born again does not possess the spiritual foundation necessary to recognize and proclaim the truth of God in its depth. A person without the Spirit of God cannot properly discern spiritual truths and is in danger of leading others astray through false teaching.Jesus Himself says: “Can the blind lead the blind? Will they not both fall into a pit?” (Luke 6:39). Therefore, the principle remains: not everyone who speaks is a teacher of God. Everyone should examine themselves to see whether they truly have been born again in Christ before taking on the responsibility of teaching others.

If they feel called like Paul they still make sure with the authority of the Church before proceeding. All Churches in the New Testament are started by those with apostolic authority, and zero by "sola scriptura" practitioners.
