Why are CEO’s and the top 1% pushing for stock options for the pions suddenly? Is hyperflation that bad?
>>539355240Like ENRON did
Mark Cuban has a track record of shilling investments that go belly up. Has to be misery farming at this point.
>>539355240It's a financial scam like everything else, the goyim will never be allowed to profit in the same manner that kikes do. There are a variety of ways they can leverage an arrangement like this to their personal benefit and to the detriment of the person getting compensated in equity/options. Just look at the spacex ipo for example.
>>539355240>mark kikebinNope.
>>539355240they want poor people to give their money to stock hedge parasites only because there is no more money for the rich and they want more and there is nobody left to get free money from and they want to keep the prices of everything high.it is called scraping the bottom of the barrel.if you have only one dollar left in your pocket they want that too.you will have nothing and be happy.
It's called a bagholder
>>539355240>pionThe word is peon, a pion is a subatomic particle. I have a feeling you don't know much about subatomibc particles tho
in a perfect world, I would want to believe that those at the top would actually be seeking solutions to uplift even those below them. On the surface this seems like a good idea. Give people stock, an incentive to motivate them to work hard and do their best because the have a stake in the company. This is probably true, and ive always liked the idea of employee owned companies they always seem to be some of the best companies with good work culture, thriving ect... this proposal begins to sour when you look at the state of the total economy. Everyone on this board knows we seem to be close to a major crash, some say it could be worse than the great depression. I hope it doesn't happen but im a realist. This is about giving workers an hit of morphine to keep them going and not focus on the coming depression. Rather then giving workers a bonus or a raise, they will give them something that they know could be worthless very soon.
>>539355240>pushing for stock options for the pionsThey're always done this shit. It's a cheap way to do "profit sharing." The company just gives its employees the option to maybe someday potentially once they mature cash in some stock at a certain price. Or buy stock at a 5% discount like most employee stock purchase plans. Meanwhile the CEO earns 5 trillion shares of stock as "performance based compensation" so it doesn't get taxed as much. What was his amazing performance? Well he didn't burn the headquarters down today.
>>539355240Its because stock options cost the company nothing. Dividends, if given at all, are divided between stock owners anyways. For people that are already owners, it can cost them nothing too, as long as the stock options are a substitution for wage increases/bonuses that would have needed to occur without the stock options.
>>539355240Stocks are just rich person gambling when you dont have insider info
>>539355240artificially propping up a failing system kek
>>539355240I had a stock option plan. Every year we were given hundreds of options to purchase stock at a 5% discount to the price on the day we received the options. The options had a vesting period of 7 years, the company underperformed historically and rarely saw any significant price increase to make the options worth anything. Stock options are bullshit for compensation unless the strike price is significantly lower than the current stock price.
>>539355240let me guess, regular employee will get 0.001 of a share while ceo will get 100,000 shares
>>539356991last thing rich want is for you to be their neighbor or park your shitty 70 foot boat next to their billion dollar yacht
>>539355240Same reason nearly all retirement plans are stock based, it tethers your future to their success. If your wealth is tied your current companies success you'll be less likely to quit, leak info, etc. You can't fight a system that you rely on for your future. Stock investment is slavery.
>>539357843Interesting
>>539355240Jarvis, bring up the 1% and 99% debt-to-wealth ratios.
>>539357219good way toput it
>>539356586It's because the economy, the real economy that turns raw materials into goods and services, is collapsing, and they've spent so much time living in their scam they think it's real. They don't even understand the problem, let alone how to fix it. They're just trying to buy time while they scratch their heads and wonder why inflation stubbornly keeps pace with their market manipulations.
>>539355240>Why are CEO’s and the top 1% pushing for stock options for the pions suddenly? Is hyperflation that bad?because they want to pay them less and appear to be paying them more, all the while knowing the market is going to have an implosion that will make 2008 look like babby's first aaaaand its gone
>>539355240the stock market is theftthe entire point of the market is to take dumb moneyif people aren't putting their chips on the table in the casino, the scam doesn't work. the well dries up.so they try to finesse dumb money back into the marketthese fucking jew "pros" aren't pros at anything but exploiting rigged games.they're not good at running companies, they're not good at adding value to systems, their products are trash, their service is trash, their people are trash.
>>539357843>it tethers your future to their success. How to browbeat your employees about making sure everyone is pulling their own weight after the executives fuck up badly.
>>539359018this, every stock is just a shit coin rug pull scam including the dollar.
>>539355240Finally a leftist billionaire that’s saying something that makes sense.
Because it means they can pay you in their own bullshit tickets instead of having to make money, which is also bullshit tickets.
