You do know your genetics get erased almost entirely from the "bloodline" in like 2 or 3 generations, right? It's simple math. If every pair adds half their genes, your greatgrandkids will barely have anything resembling your DNA. So may as well be complete strangers. The only way to actually settle your bloodline in stone would be to have many, MANY kids, with many different partners, so no matter what happens, eventually the descendants of those kids will interbreed, and secure the survival of your genetic side.
