It's actually based that it's causing diarrhea. Filters the poorfag retards who still eat taco bell in 2026 and on the opposite end it filters the people with bad taste in what constitutes healthy food. Useless garnish meme food. Thank you Trump and FDA!

Green and flavorless = completely devoid of nutrients
Green and bitter = you're tasting toxic compounds and they taste bad because you shouldn't eat them
Red and tasty = good for you.
>A juicy red fruit? this juicy red fruit?
>NO GIVE ME DA GREEN SLOP that I can't just eat on its own, I have to smother it in not-food to make it even edible, maybe throw on some real food like cheese or meat to make me want to eat it
Yeah this is how you know it's not food meant for humans, it doesn't taste good unless you do special shit to it. Why would our natural healthy diet be pretty much inedible if not covered in dressings and toppings, or cooked a certain way?
Meanwhile fruit tastes great on its own and so does meat.

People evolved the strongest throwing arm in existence to eat leaves off the ground. We can see colors, especially red (the color of ripe fruits) so well because we were meant to eat green leaves.

Just grow your own lettuce, no garden required, you don’t even need a windowsill. You can plant it in plastic bottles cut in half and hang them on the side of your house. It’s a very hardy, perennial plant, and bees and butterflies love its pretty flowers. And you’ll be happy, too, because lettuce is healthy. It’s great for colds, and its bitter compounds help cleanse the body.

They'll never actually talk about anything real, it'll just be talking about a flag jpeg. They do this for literally years of their lives and we're supposed to believe this is normal.

Monkeys evolved to come down from trees and walk on two legs with throwing arms that can kill any animal on the planet, they did all of this to eat green leaves.

You are reacting like a child here.
You should, instead, look at greens and their vitamins and nutrients instead.

Instead, you are reacting like a crying child .

You have like hundreds factors and all laboratories are submit to Monsanto/Bayer. They won't give you independant studies like it was again possible 15 years ago.
Reject their bullshits, use common sens.
>>
>>539415913
OK the first real response
>Your senses are childlike
Your sense are there to tell you what is food and what isn't.
>Look up nutrition facts
No. All associative studies and meaningless. My senses honed through millions of years of evolution are better than some study.
>Linking 3 studies you didn't read that cite papers that you also didn't read
This isn't science.

Meat can be completely unprocessed and taste good, so can fruit, this means they're food that humans are meant to eat and they're healthy. I can't eat studies on vegetables, and the vegetables don't taste good either. At most you might nibble some once in a while, but there's no desire to ever actually eat a large quantity of them. Maybe a carrot or something.
>>539415915
I am using common sense, yeah.
Basic human senses used on unprocessed food = common sense.

Btw this is what they claim is "healthy and full of nutrients", 100 grams of lettuce is a few cups of it, pretty much a full salad.
The only nutrients they claim that it has is vitamin K, but it's the plant version k1 that has single-digit absorption rates and is cleared from the blood in 1-2 hours, vs the animal version k2 that stays in the body several days.
Vitamin A - plants don't actually have ANY vitamin A, what they have is a plant version that has ~5% absorption rate, so divide this 40% by 20 to get the actual amount you'd get from this.

So even with their fake and gay "studies" if you actually look at the plant versions they're basically useless for the human body, I could go down the list here but their top 2 you can't even absorb and it's safe to assume that the rest, which are found in 10% or less DV for eating a whole salad, are even less efficient.

It's called phonepoasting. Keyboard boomers wouldn't understand. I never buy lettuce but last week I drove past a small field on the Usuthu river. Bought one. It was so tasty I ate the whole thing and bought another in a small town from someones garden the next week. I'm not hooked on lettuce but will buy again when I feel the urge

Both are found in higher quantities in fruit and in larger variety, this isn't even up for debate, this is why fruits have those bright colors that actually also make them taste better. You can literally taste these in fruits and they're one of the reasons something like a raspberry tastes so good.

Cultivated fruits are low energy. Bletted bush fruits is the way of the ubermensch. I picked a crate of strychnos Spinoza today; why am I suddenly craving a lettuce
>>
>>539417163
Cravings are pretty much based on what you used to eat in the past, your brain uses the for reference.
It's possible for people to crave pizza, alcohol, haitians get cravings for dirt.
>>
>>539416773
Bright colors are antioxidants. It has to do with the interplay of light and matter. That's what the green molecules do in leafs. I'm also partial to mustard greens from time to time

avacados are way more based because usually a spic farmer's daughter was captured/tortured/murdered by the cartels to extort them for a piece of my money
>>
>>539417538
>haitians get cravings for dirt.
They sell clay for eating at the side of the road. I haven't yet worked out it's magic powers. Vets sell kaolin for dogs. Cravings are your body telling you what it's missing. Your body won't know unless you have tried it before
>>
>>539417805
>Cravings are your body telling you what's missing
To an extent, until you start craving dirt and moonshine. You only have your past frame of reference, there can be much better sources of said nutrients but if the association isn't there you'll keep eating dirt forever instead of getting the nutrients from a real source that doesn't give you diverticulitis and heavy metal poisoning.

Primarily as a garnish / leaves used to cook with, much like how they use grape leaves to wrap certain foods to cook, or banana leaves.
It's one of the few things that will grow from seed to an edible size in a matter of days, post-AG food.
