Boomers want Canada to pay for being on fire
>>539412147You guys should be paying us for gassing New York City. We're doing you a favour.
>>539412318How about us poor fuckers in the midwest?I had an aqi of over 300 for days on end.
>>539412147Well duh, they didn't sweep up the leaves like god-emperor wants. You know what they say: "If the leafs don't sweep up leaves then we must burn the leafs who let leafs burn."
>>539412386Smoke is good for the plants, give them lot of carbon to turn into sugar
>>539412147Make them pay.
>>539412386No one cares about the midwest
>>539412318>>539412386Is it because of East Pally or that other thing /pol/ was seething about a while ago. I can't remember what it was but something was authorised to be sprayed on the trees or the soil and you all said this would happen when the next fire happened.
>>539412147>Boomers want Canada to pay for being on firewell if they're not going to execute the eco terrorists that started this round of fires, then yes, blame canada
>>539412147Fuckin old retards aren't dying fast enough
>>539413462Found the zoomer cocksucker
>>539413314bruh that was poly vinyl chloride and the fucks that came to inspect it literally blew the shit up with explosives, guaranteeing the poison fumes spread all over
>>539414984I'm 37 nigga fuck you. Get in the ground you useless sellout cotton-top
>>539415012I know but something else happened around the same time, some chemical was allowed to be sprayed in the forests of Canada. So it's like getting double teamed by toxic wildfires. I just can't remember what it was that was being used in Canada.
>>539412318New York is fine. Pay us for all the other states you smoked out.Did this happen because Indian's culture is pollution and you Leafs got so much Indian invasions to Canada lately?
>>539412147there's many fires burning in Washington and Oregon that will reach the east coast soon. gonna complain about those too?
Found it, it was glycophosphate.https://archive.4plebs.org/pol/thread/513461980/#513461980>Nova Scotia BANS everyone from GOING INTO FORESTS>then>Decides to spray 3,577 acres with GLYPHOSATE a chemical that kills vegetation and insects.>Why it’s controversial:>Environmental concerns:>It can reduce biodiversity in forests and farmland by wiping out non-target plants, affecting insects and animals that rely on them.>Health debate:>Most regulatory agencies (like Health Canada, EPA in the U.S., EFSA in Europe) say glyphosate is safe when used correctly. However, the World Health Organization’s cancer research arm (IARC) classified it as “probably carcinogenic to humans” in 2015, fueling global controversy.>Wildfire concern>(specific to Nova Scotia): Spraying kills vegetation, which then dries out, potentially making forests more flammable.
It looks like they're only spraying certain areas of crown land so at least it isn't every Canadian forest.https://www.orilliamatters.com/local-news/column-ecological-safety-concerns-grow-as-glyphosate-spraying-begins-in-northern-ontario-11023093
OK never mind, it's most Canadian forests. I was going to say maybe you could cross reference the areas with the fires.
Chat says burnt glycophosphate can turn into:>When glyphosate is burned, it undergoes thermal degradation and breaks down primarily into carbon dioxide, water, nitrogen oxides, phosphorus oxides, and potentially hazardous volatile organic compounds (VOCs) or trace gases (such as formaldehyde and hydrogen chloride) depending on the inert ingredients in the specific herbicide formulation.Which would track because I saw one NYC (I think) news report getting reposted because it said it was normal that wildfires smell like chemicals and there was mention of formaldehyde so... mask up, chemmies.
>>539412147So yes, I agree with the boomer, since Canada is reverse East Palestining you right now.
>>539412147Yes a 2-day special military land and air campaign would result in Canada becoming an unincorporated territory of the US. From there you can mandate wildfire preservation measures and allocate an appropriate budget to fighting wildfires. You would puke if you knew how much we were spending on frivolous social optics instead of domestic threats fucking us on a daily basis.
>>539416309Actually I'm talking shit because Quebec does not allow aerial spraying with it. So some leafs can figure out which states allow it and you can still cross reference wildfire maps.
>>539412612It's got what plants crave!
>>539412318Canada should pay us for every day that we don't invade your country and make you a territory like Puerto Rico.
Alberta's fires are almost all out, while Ontario's spread out of control. Why? I suspect because Alberta uses outside non union contractors to augment their air tanker capacity. Ontario's fire pilots are union and they don't have enough.
