>local government accidentally explains perfectly why flock is a violation of the fourth amendment
>>
>>539424200
>checked
Take it to court, this is the standard kike game.
>>
>>539424200
>disclosure
Your reading comprehension sucks, and they didn't accidentally anything. They know the law.
>>
>>539424200
That's cute, but freedom from unwarranted search and seizure is not freedom from being recorded.
>>
>>539424200
AYO THIS NIGGA THINK HE HAS RIGHTS
>>
>>539425063
Recorded was before the constitution was invented. The spirit of the constitution is leave us the fuck alone.
>>
>>539425063
That's why you start recording and logging Flock executives when they're out and about in public. Set up a nice website to show where they are at all times live. There's no expectation of privacy in public, ya know.
>>
>>539424200
>it would infringe upon your fourth amendment rights to disclose how much we’ve already infringed on your fourth amendment rights
Lol, checkmate citizen
>>
>>539425063

It is in a two party consent state.

Dood, it’s South Carolina. I’m in this state, everything local is a scammers paradise. There are only five flock cameras in my town so op must live somewhere else in the state.

jews realized that if the government can't spy on everyone but wants to, they can spy instead and sell the information to the government (and anyone else that wants to buy it)
Always a buck to be made at the expense of everyone else

If it violates the 4th Amendment then they should not be allowed to do it. The amendments are to protect us from them, the government. Not to protect the public from private sectors. If it would be a violation to disclose it to a private entity then it is already a violation.

People should be mad as hell about this.

Checked, based, and retardpilled. Not you OP, the dude who thought FOIA was ever about transparency, I think it gives them an avenue to run better interference, that's all.
>GIVE ME THAT SWEET, SWEET FREEDOM OF INFORMATION SHIT GOVERNMENT
>lol sorry we lost the files that could specifically hurt us and thank you for bringing it to our attention so we can modify it or destroy it
You really think this doesn't occur?
>>
>>539424200
orwellian

what's funny its happening in the US first, thought you guys were having freedom and liberty

cant no longer call the british islands a dystopian shithole

how do you get out of this now that it's in place and here to stay? and why did it happened so recently? i keep seeing "flock" threads but don't know how it started out, is it in every states?
>>
>>539425063
i'm pretty sure the police need a warrant to put you under surveillance. the argument you would be putting forward is that they are not actively and specifically surveilling the person in a formal sense, but the argument against that is there ends up not being a functional difference which the municipality is candidly admitting.
>>
>>539425063
>unwarranted
UNREASONABLE is what the constitution says. Being recorded everywhere you go is unreasonable search.
>>
they are using the flock faggot cameras to flag poor white people in my area who were driving their car without paying the kike tax (insurance)

now when you try to get over on the jews the flock instantly scans and flags all cops in your area to go right for you and impound your shit

this flock camera shit is just insurance companies trying to get the goyim back under control because in my town i was literally the only person i know still paying for my insurance to drive

everybody else said fuck it when the economy took a shit.
>>
>>539426438
This how they do it, they see people hate surveilliance (we sent the pirate party to eu parlament), they flood it with asocial assholes, we all clamour for survelliance because it puts the asocial assholes in court. And then they choose who they prosecute and for what. Whitey gets fined for public drinking, tyrone gets away with dealing crack.
>>
>>539424200
It blows my mind how many municipalities started using flock all within the first year of each other. It's the most obvious 4th amendment violation ever. The loophole is just that the cameras are owned by a private company? That's the only thing "stopping" this from violating the constitution? Everyone involved needs to be put in prison. I don't just mean the company, but everyone in local governments who signed off on this.
>>
>>539424200
lel this is only going to amplify the backlash against government and fuel conspiracy theory, genius fucking politicians.
>>
>>539426438
That's not the extent of how it can be used
But why can private companies use it
>>
>>539426438
This already goes on with cruisers equipped with readers and before flock era traffic cameras(red light, school zone speed).

How do we solve the Govcorpo problem bros?

Funny part is I’m on sc/ga border. On the sc hand full of cameras maybe five. On the Augusta side looks like nuclear fallout on the dflock website. Georgia is totally psychotic

I’m pretty sure you’re not gonna do anything about it faggot

Seethe now while you still can. Pretty soon you won't be able to hide behind your internet anonymity either. We're moving to an age of law and order and there's nothing criminal retards can do about it.

Your likeness has value. So does your personal data. The government seizing either without due process is, in fact, unconstitutional.
>>
>>539425063
Then make all the flock data purchased with public money available to the public. Problem solved.
But that was the whole point of the OP, wasn't it?
>>
>>539425063
All state employees should be recorded ALL the time and publicly shown on public sites. What, are you hiding secrets or something? There is nothing to hide, nothing to fear.
>>
>>539425577
>Don't look upon me whilst I am in public for I am royalty. Avert your gaze.
What causes this?
>>
>>539432606
My problem is not with cameras

It’s with the digital logging and searching of my live location as I pass my 650th flock camera of my trip.

There are so many cameras on every road and plaza that it’s indifferent from an actual GPS tracker on my vehicle.

And when flock introduces its Bluetooth signal sensing it will identify you and any passengers in your vehicle

it already does ping via bluetooth actually. all these retards who cant go anywhere without their phones are getting surveilled
>>
>>539424477
Yes the local government has basically admitted what they are doing is illegal, officially on the record. Fatal mistake.

the second paragraph. YOUR reading comprehension sucks. fuck off

there's nothing to do be done about it. it will ultimately go up to the supreme court who, being majority miggers, will say its kosher followed by some wild misinterpretation of the 4th as usual

This should exist for anyone who works in targeted advertising/marketing and data mining.

>>539424200
What the flock
>>
>>539424200
According to 1st amendment auditors, anyone is allowed to film anything in public. They kind of fucked us over didn't they?

The ALPR systems are maintained by private companies, Flock, Motorola, etc. They're not subject to FOIA requests because they're not public records, they're private records. Anyone can sue these companies for 4A violations, and will likely get an easy settlement payout. Eventually they'll get sick of settlement payouts and actually take one to court and the decision can be made on their constitutionality there.
>>
>>539424200
>>539424477
>>539424615
There have already been 2 different Flock cases that hit supreme courts earlier this year and both ruled that ALPRS/Flock is not a 4th amendment violation. You don't win shit in court as precedent has been set. Legislation, violence, or local ruckus are the only ways to get them gone. Again, you WILL not win in court on this despite the fact that whatever retard who worked for the city wrote that not grasping what they said.

Talk to your reps and senators about the Surveillance Accountability Act. Massie & Bobert introduced it a couple months ago. It would prevent the government from collecting data on you and would make it illegal for them to work with private entities to sidestep 4th amendment rights.

The government has essentially ended our 4th amendment right and we won't get it back unless we embolden it severely.

Forgot to add the linky. Read it. It's a succinct 8 page bill.

>>
>>539425351
This should start happening. Follow and record them, only stop when they go somewhere private and when in a business or something only stop and leave when asked by the business, not the recordee
>>
>>539425063
Cool, so I can place a camera across the street from the police station and record their every movement and track their license plates and other information, feed that into an AI agent and automatically track every police officer in my city?
>>
>>539434737
>it already therefore way more is fine
What causes this retardation?

>>539432606
>being looked at in public is 100% identical to being system-stalked and analyzed by gpus and humans of questionable moral character

you're a bot. gpu or flesh, doesn't matter.
>>
>>539424200
>In other words,

More flock cameras.
>>
>>539424200
Does that make it legal for citizens to take them down?
