This past Saturday, a man was at a concert in Maryland with his wife, brother and 9 yo niece. The man behind them inexplicably whips his dick out and starts urinating on all of them. He reports it to the police, who then claim they "can't do anything about it because they didn't personally witness it". Which is obvious bullshit because police not only spend lots of time responding to reports of things they haven't personally witnessed but they also detain and sometimes arrest people on all manner of 2nd and 3rd hand hearsay, including "anonymous phone calls".
