I actually had to do a little digging to see what was really going on, since all the info about this conflic you niggers were giving me was slop:-The US decided to kill the Iranian leadership because they believed Iran would cuck like they did previously when the US killed Soleimani. -The decapitation strike was successful, but Iran reacted very very aggressively by closing the Hormuz and attacking neighboring countries.-The US wasn't able to stop Iran chimping out despite being able to kill a fuckton of government and military leaders. So the administration decided to cut their losses with a humiliating deal.-Israel tried to make the deal impossible because they're a bunch of backstabbing niggers. Some factions in Iran also helped ruin the deal.-The US is currently desperate to make Iran stop chimping out. No one wants boots on the ground but Iran is making this almost inevitable by continuing to sow chaos.-Iran can escalate things MUCH further by hitting desalination plants in the gulf, so they still have cards on the table. It is really grim for the US. You guys need to either cuck even further with a worse deal, or go all in in a massive war.
