Apparently, could not get enough from central asian countries (Kyrgizstan, Uzbekistan and so on), as they are skeptical on value of russian rubble, and there is not much point for going to work as guest worker, if there is risk that money will become worthless.Because of labor shortage, Russia started to import more potatoes from Belarus. Till Belaruss also had shortage of potatoes, and Belarus started to import potatoes from Mongolia.Harvest season is aproaching. If in Russia a lot of grown things will be left to rot on a fields (limited diesel for harvesting), then it may lead to chain of bankruptcies, and food shortages. Which will increase food price, and inflation pressure. With higher inflation, it is unlikely that Central Bank will lower loan rates.It will be interesting to see how things will develop till February.
