As some of you correctly pointed out there were already 3 heatwaves in Europe (1 medium, two strong) so I now proclaim we're in the interlude between events 3 and 4 (coming next week)!
Today's focus is on Spain, particularly the hinterland (away from the sea) of cities Valencia and Murcia!
Up to 46°C are expected in some places today, maybe even more, if there's relative humidity above ~15% there's going to be a massive steam boiling in the area!

Let's see if some Humidex red zones (>45°C) will appear!
Reminder Humidex combines temperature and humidity in a realistic way to give perceived temperature (it's not really that subjective)!
How many retarded migrants do you think will drown?
Darwin's ghost is watching and placing his bets!
Spain's all-time record is 47.6°C recorded in 2021. Let's see if they can beat it today.

Another reminder that the Spain map has a lower resolution so red zones aren't as visible as on the France map!
I can already see several Humidex red points, with even a perceived 50°C!
If there's no wind we're already in cookening territory!

Here this summer has been colder than last summer. There have been only nine days that were 25 C or above. Last year it was nineteen such days to the end of July and three or four more days in June and July that were 24.8 and 24.9 C.

Nine days left in July and the last few days haven't been very warm (max temp): Sunday 20.1 C, Monday 21.3 C, Tuesday 13.7 C (!), Wednesday 20 C. Forecast for the rest of the month is 23 C max and likely less.

Yeah, sometimes the first two weeks of August can still bring heat, but last year the last 25 C day was on the third. So we're probably not getting anywhere close to nineteen 25+ C days this summer.

I feel like summer hasn't even started here and there are only three or four weeks left. Weird summer. France and Spain and central Europe hogging all the heat.

no, it's a useful way to consider the phenomenon. as long as you're not comparing humidex to temperature data you're fine. humidex to humidex is a fair comparison, and discussing humidex (not pretending it's temperature) is also fine.

people can and will bring their camping and car batteries -especially obviously the giant ones from electric cars- and of course they'll charge battery powered devices too as long as there is an outlet

without pre-installed batteries you can't guarantee a constant x amp charge/output but even then some devices will charge or intermittently (when there is sun) operate fine.

Floridanon checking in. Our heatwave is finally drawing to a close and it’s looking like our weather will finally get back to normal starting tomorrow, 90 Fahrenheit (that’s 32.2 for you euroanons). Then, we’re getting a pleasant cold front where it’ll be mid 80s all week. Prior to this it has been the hottest summer here in Florida that I can remember in a very very long time. So I welcome the break

Yeah I saw that was pretty intense for you too.

MEANWHILE

My air conditioner is keeping my home at a very comfy 16.6 degrees Celsius (62 degrees in Freedom units).

I'm actually a bit chilly so I got a second blanket for my legs.

Thankfully we have poured concrete houses and central air, but yeah it’s been sweltering to where I don’t even like taking my dog out for her walk during peak hours. Hope you guys are alright. It’s been pretty nuts seeing how far north you guys are getting temps that rival ours

I will be leaving next week for my holidays to a tropical country, ironically, it will be colder than here

It’s the truth nigger. It was hot two years ago as well, but it’s been worse this year just in terms of the length of these heat waves. Go look at the data you don’t believe me. It is consistently 5-7 degrees above average this summer, and it doesn’t rain in the early afternoons as much as it needs usually does to cool things off. You’re a flat out retard in denial if you claim otherwise.

>it’s been worse this year just in terms of the length of these heat waves
this is just your memory being nigger tier and only remembering what happened most recently
it'd be one thing if you just bitched that the waves were a little bit hotter
but to assert this just shows you're a retard

Crazy times we're living in.
>>
>>539481958
That’s what I did. I said it’s been hotter and the waves last for weeks at a time. Like I said, it’s bad enough that I worry about my little dog when my wife walks her in the heat of the day. I havnt been to the beach in a month. This summer fucking sucks.
>>
>>539482130
the heat waves have not lasted weeks at a time
and nobody goes to the beach in florida in the middle of the summer, faggot
this is why all the bike events are during the winter when people will akshually ride their bikes because its not Florida Summer Hot

By 2080 most of Europe won’t be Europeans anymore. The heatwaves will continue, the population will "grow", but the people who built these countries will be a minority in their own cities.

Climate change is whatever.
Demographic replacement is permanent.
