I recently tried to get a customer service job at a bank administering people's accounts. I filled out an application and ticked the box saying I am Aboriginal. This was the only way to progress with my online application (no, I cannot walk into the bank and give them a firm handshake anymore) despite me having higher education and extensive experience in like 3 fields adjacent to low-level bank work. I was then presented with literally an IQ test, a bunch of Raven's Matrices-type questions with a timer. I do fine on these. Then I receive a link for a video interview which will be reviewed by a hiring manager. I do it, nothing back.

Afterwards, I actually need to call my bank for something. The person on the line is a shitting pajeet whose answer to my simple query is either "I don't know google it yourself" or to put me on hold for 15 minutes and then hang up. Despite them being hired for phone service, you can barely understand them. When I have to order a new bank card, the pajeet or Kenyan negroid hired by the post as the cheapest possible monkey contractor loses it in transit and doesn't even notify me, it just never materialises. Despite applying for dozens of these positions I have never once been considered for an in-person interview. Why is this?

I don’t think it’s legal anymore, but government use to give tax cuts to companies who hired black and brown people. So for instance, if you reached 50 employees you would need 10% (or whatever the percentage was) of ethnic hires to receive tax cuts and certain government backed loans for your business.
