It unironically made it unaffordable. I was making 25 dollars an hour with 80,000 in savings. Still couldn't get a proper loan for one with a 720 credit score. My ex worked too but she only made 19 an hour and kept losing jobs. We could've made it but I didn't want to commit and I hated wagecucking so ultimately we broke up.
