Have any of you sent out mass resumes to job ads in order to get at least 1 response from 500 ?If you did, was it successful?I've sent manually to like 20 places with 0 response and those were the ones that matched requirements that I fit. This is fucking crazy how difficult this is and I'm thinking mass-sending to even those that ask 2, 3, 5, 10 years of experience at this point. This costs nothing to me, I can automate all of this, I am just thinking if it's even worth wasting a few hours polishing scripts, etc that do all this...

>>539485559There's better chances if you're a woman. Companies here brag about having 50% female workforce. Also, tons of 20-25 year old females (dumb girls) make way more money than men at that age simply due to hyped up HR, similar roles at these companies.

I havent sent out many applications in my life, but when I did, I did so with determination. So I will tell you some tricks.. Ive sent 5 and 4 of them were accepted. The trick is knowing the company which means knowing your recruiter, talking to your recruiter beforehand is key. If your recruiter is ass, switch dont waste your time. If you find one worthy be a fool. Sent out an overly formal email and claim your application is in the attachment but is not. If you get a request for your application BINGO you have 1h to shape your application beautifully around your female recruiter. This is how i keep my hit count higher then you ai faggots

How to get a corporate job in 2026 as a white man:>legally change your name to include something like Mohammed or Singh>tan yourself, or put on fake tan>if your hair isn't black, dye it black>on linkedin profile and your CV/resume include they/them, "non-binary">on linkedin follow some niche community pages about diversity and inclusion>like the content, write comments, follow progressive types>do this for at least a few weeks, build up history>when applying for a job, copy and paste the job description into ChatGPT (or DeepSeek).>paste a high level overview of your job history (save it as a .txt file)>be sure to include stuff about animal rights, disability or gay/trans rights volunteer work somewhere>then ask the AI to write your resume as markdown>markdown to PDF>upload custom PDF to job application on linkedin>apply at least 3-4 jobs on average a day in this way>after like a month, you may hear back from some>in the interview, if it's a woman, put on a feminine voice, act like a fag, get excited when she brings up your progressive interests>if you're not an autist that stared at the floor or had too much dead air, you'll have passed the initial screen>at some point you'll have to do a more technical/in depth screen>for this you need to be a little more masculine and confident, not indian level confident but just sure of yourself>for this, there are browser extensions that will control your browser and use ChatGPT to complete any coding tasks etc.>this is the hardest part, they might make you jump through hoops of multiple video interviews and just ghost you>the final boss (or two) is the onsite interview, you won't be able to cheat for this but what I recommend is finding out as much public information as you can (copy their linkedin and other bios, any social media posts) and ask ChatGPT what such a person might ask you>essentially get it to help you prepare. also get it to coach you on how to answerGood luck!

>>539488057>fail promptYeah I understand what you meant. Are you bad at english or something?I just feel like this is how it could be done maybe 10+ years ago but not that much today.Today every HR female uses linkedin, so that's the place they are most active at, and HR emails aren't even found these days, you know this ?
>>539484818My ex-wife is highly educated with many years of experience at top companies and has a vagina. Yet somehow she never got a response from any company despite applying to many hundreds or even thousands of companies over the years, even unskilled jobs never replied. Despite years of work experience and a high education from a top university and learning new relevant skills during her years of being unemployed nobody wanted to hire her. You literally pay for kids with your career. It's absolutely brutal.

>>539488057Yeah, I checked and what you say is basically an old school method when it was acceptable to be tech illiterate. I am looking a job in tech/it, you know? Not a bartender.>The "Professionalism" Risk: In 2024, recruiters value efficiency and clarity. If you intentionally send a broken application, you are wasting their time. In a competitive market, being labeled as "that guy who messed up the application" is a fast way to get blacklisted by a firm.>Verdict: The author’s advice is a high-risk, "troll-style" tactic that works occasionally on individuals but fails against modern, data-driven recruitment software. It treats the recruiter like a person you can manipulate, while modern HR treats candidates like data points they need to process as quickly as possible.

>>539492340>Igors hires ArtomsSometimes they get desperate for workers and hire Latvians.I know a guy who was hired at Russian-Jewish company as a driver. The company is all Russian except HR and public-facing operations are all Latvian in commercials, youtube, facebook, but everything behind the scenes is RU. They do business with restaurants in the Baltics and the Jew owner is very low profile + all the upper management is Russian and have houses in Jurmala (last I checked one house was worth 900k in Dzintari) not that far from where Alla Pugachova and Galkin lives.
