Well...I know a lot about Wifi and bluetooth from hacking on ESP32 devices for fun and profit.Wifi devices don't broadcast the nam of the base station they're looking for any more unless the access point is specifically configured as a hidden network. In the normal case the AP announces itself regularly and your device (phone, laptop) responds. On a hidden network the device calls out and the AP responds. But this is very unusual to find. Bluetooth is easy to spoof but not easy to extract info from, you can get manufacturer and model and that's about it. This is generally to generic to b useful.
