Why have the Republicans lost the youth energy that they had in 2024? The Democrats are elevating a new class of politicians in their 20's or 30's, while the GOP is actually getting OLDER in some cases. For example, in Colorado, the Democrats are replacing a 70-year-old politician named Diana DeGette with a 29-year-old named Melat Kiros.Meanwhile, Republicans replaced 55-year-old Thomas Massie with 73-year-old Ed Gallrein. The youth energy is gone; the GOP only wants Boomer support.Why is that? Is that a viable long-term strategy?
