All our tourist towns are Gatlinburg with the exception of Nanaimo/Tofino, which is surprisingly still 95% white and the homeless problem is contained during daylight hours. Problem is it's boomer hippie Central and expensive so just imagine one of those Florida retirement home cities. It's nice but the people are awful.Whistler is actually like half Japanese tourists in the winter season, the jeets only infest it during warm months.Banff and Jasper are beautiful but utterly overloaded with jeets so if that's a non-starter I'd recommend a tiny nearby town on the Montana border like golden, glcranbrook or Revelstoke. Those places are super white and have beautiful nature but otherwise lack any indoors activities

No jeets, no niggers, not many americans know about it. Cheap real estate can buy a $150k house there away from the water
