California's economy is growing rapidly. It has the #2 rate of economic growth of any state, behind only Washington. It is now growing faster than Texas or Florida. What is going RIGHT for the Golden State, and why have predictions of its demise always turned out to be wrong?

Texas was supposed to be a competitor, but it never managed to challenge California's tech dominance, and now Austin has fallen way behind. And Miami, despite Florida's hopes, was never in the running. Miami's 'tech scene' was mostly scams like FTX, lol.
California is also the state with one of the most diverse populations. Racists lose again. If more whites meant more prosperity, west Virginia would have been heaven.
