I would like to know your opinion on the following question: Should constitutional courts, such as the Supreme Court, have the power to strike down laws supported by a majority that violate the Constitution?
yes
>>539540799All "laws" that violate the constitution are null and void. Our politicians are all corrupt and only push legislature to benefit themselves, corpos, and kikes. (the three not being mutually exclusive)
>>539540799Well, they don't need to strike down the law per se as long as they simply judge the cases correctly which appear before them. The reason is a law might help in 20% of cases, but 80% of the time violates the constitution... you don't need to get rid of the law, you just need to understand it doesn't rightly apply to those 80% of cases
