That doesn't happen in Europe. For the most part everyone here just keeps to their own niche in-group, even to an insane degree. Yes your ghettos are worse but at least you can get away from them. In the UK street culture dominates. Our social fabric is quite literally decimated. At least in your country you still have that wholesome culture where neighbours are more than just strangers.
