And why do you need to quit? Just dont waste all day on here, but that goes for all websites, apps, and your phone in general. Have actual hobbies and make sure you are progressing in them everyday. Guilt yourself when a day passes and you didnt do your hobby, but used your phone
I tried quitting heroin yesterday, and I found that 4chan was truly awful without it. I barely came here because it felt so utterly cringe without the smack to make it funny and bearable.
