Isn't is kinda weird how all former presidents of the US are banned from driving themselves after their presidency? And they are monitored by the secret service for the rest of their lives?

Almost as if they learn things when becoming president that would need them to be instantly taken out if they ever shared it, and they are never allowed to be in a position that they can escape
