It’s true obama made race relations take a shit, and many of his domestic policies were malignant. For example he’s the one that forced colleges to create tribunals to judge their students for sexual assault claims extrajudicially. So the epidemic of false rape claims and the subsequent destruction of normal make-female relations is his fault too. But when you look at 2008 it really was the year EVERYTHING went to shit. The financial collapse and the bailout, smartphones and social media creating a panopticon, weariness from the ME wars and the budding mainstream realization that our democracy is fake and controlled by shadowy figures with their own agendas, the birth of woke and cancel culture. It’s hard to honestly evaluate how much was obamas fault because everything went to shit. The Iran deal was pretty good.
