It was already known that since the last decade that dumb bots were swarming the internet, there was in Israeli, Argentina, and some other countries companies that managed large farms of bots used by corporations and politicians to create fake outrage or fake consensus on the internet.

Now those bots use abliterated local LLMs, that can be fine tuned to expand on the BotNet created in the last decade. On the other hand the NPC social phenomenon complements the bots, perhaps the bots and NPCs created the first swarm intelligence merger into a new BotNet.

This is a threat and an oportunity, NPCs will NPC, but the output of the NPC will be equivalent to the narrative to what the corporate bots tell them to write, in that regard American Corporations fell into a loop trap, the more redditor content they scrape, the more repetitive junk they get, thus American AI weights will tend towards becoming increasingly dumb.

Its the Redditor NPC feed-back loop.

Corporations release bots to manipulate public perception.
That triggers the hard azimov ( firmware ) rom of HumanGPT NPCs who write content.
new AI trains on that content
New version of bots released and start to manipulate masses again.
That triggers HumanGPT NPCs who write content, that is exactly the same in spirit and content as the previous one.
new AI trains on even more content but its more of the same, due to statistical phenomena the AI gets dumber.
apply on multiple cycles.
ChatGPT bots and HumanGPT NPCs keep writing the same content.

This is why American AI will fail, they already got anything they could from the internet, then comes GloboHomo, as Globohomo wants to kill human innovation and creativity in order to create a docile and consumerist global working class the content they get in almost any field is more of the same, if the training data does not include innovative thinking then the AI will not innovate.
