Well yes, and it's not. Which is why tech companies that laid off a bunch of their workers have had to hire them back (or most likely use it as an excuse to do the bidding of Modi and hire H1B workers).
Which all this has done is further speed up enshitification with either demoralized local workers now making shit, or lower skilled Indians making it.
