Some bill that redefines what birthright citizenship was meant to be (maybe just applying to former US slaves and the descendants thereof). It will be challenged and go to the Supreme Court of course, but by then they'll have had a chance to appoint another justice.Hell, the entire fight over Surpeme Court Justices goes back to the goddamned 1980s, when a younger Mitch McConnell was pissed that the Democrats used the Senate to cockblock one of Reagan's picks.
