Also, just as an add on - when I was at that workplace, I had been there for about a month, I then got ill with a virus and was away for 2 weeks, when I returned one of the young women straight up said out-loud that she had missed me and missed the energy I had as it filled up the room. I'm not a loud person, I'm an autistic introvert. I'm not super autistic, I can talk and communicate and appear somewhat normal, but I'm very much an introvert.
