Unironically what's there to "fix"? AI will make 70% of the world's population redundant. Climate change will drive away millions. If all people vanish tomorrow from the face of the planet, the climate would still need about 500 years to cool down back to where the global average was in the 1950s. Earth's resources are not renewable and oil is already impossible to extract without our current high technology. We should aim for a global population of about 2,4 billion people or even less.
