We're a state in which ripping people off legally is accepted and encouraged care parks etc. Nobody is ashamed about receiving benefits anymore., in fact the government encourages it. The countryside is blighted with 'travelers' stealing and ripping up shit when they feel like it with zero legal consequences mostly. And finally there's the gangs of military aged men from the middle east and Africa with entitlement to do what they want to because society treats them like Kings.
