I saw that the jeets were putting in CPU wasting code in YouTube's JavaScript whenever they detected an ad blocker was being used (which would drain your phone battery or put up your electric bill if you watch a lot of YouTube on your PC). They fuck less with Firefox, because they don't own that browser and it's not as popular. It's not an endorsement of the politics of the clowns at Firefox but I think it's good just to try to avoid giving a company like Jewgle too much power.
