It is beyond saving. They are killing innocent people every week. It needs to be shut down to flush the unvetted dangerous hires. The officers that kill people have a history that never changes. No amount of training can reverse whats happening with ICE. So it does need complete shutdown. You’d have to start a new program after with new hires, new goals and operations.You cant just shove a bunch of sick children together in a warehouse, and you cant have it running as a gang that kills brown people that are innocent.Its the worst government agency Ive ever seen, apart from the army.
