My life is far better nearing 40 compared to 20. Yes, it was fun being 20, but being financially and socially secure is wonderful.

One day you will go from feeling invincible to injuring yourself and be out for months. It happened to me when I was 28 and took 3 months to fix my sciatica which only was fixed my stretching the nerves and zero doctors suggested this. I keep having minor injuries that used to take me overnight to heal that last weeks or months.Every single one of these can be stopped with flexibility. I unironically am considering yoga to improve flexibility as I have learned that this is the secret to youth. Start while you are ahead, it can take years to improve flexibility but once you have it then you just have to stretch once or twice a week to maintain it.
