Because they keep them in hubs around the country, they do not fly his motorcade around the country wherever he goes.

I drove behind a couple of these on the way to Florida a month ago, it was very weird, they were obviously modified armored cadillacs, it's just at the hour of the night I don't think anyone important was in them.
