I probably shouldn't be telling you burgers this because you have enough cholesterol problems as it is but you can actually fry cheese on a skillet. In Greek we call it Saganaki. So you take a decent square of cheese, something tough that can hold its form a bit and put a bit of olive oil in a skillet and flip it around. "Kefalograviera" is the name of the cheese that's actually used though. Also always put a couple paper towels on a dish and let whatever you flip around in oil sit in it for a bit so it can absorb the oil, then again you people love grease so I dunno maybe just pour more olive oil on top

>americas obsession with whey protien

Nah man. nah. The "obsession" is being pushed by people at the top for some reason. Every product in stores within the last 2 years has switched over to highlighting protein content on packaging, and food makers have been increasing protein amounts as well.

>but why?

Alot of people think its because they are pushing hard to take away meat. Introduce lone star ticks everywhere to people are allergic to it. Try other ways to get people to stop eating meat. Get them used ot eating other forms of protein. Then eventually the meat slowly dissapears as they take it away.
