Probably.I already survived war, mine fields, missiles, bullets, staying in the woods in a smool cottage... shit ton of shit. I can hunt, process food, know how to get basic minerals I need in Canada and elsewhere. I know how to clean water, source water in all circumstances including nuclear. I can make basic weapons and utilize them, I can walk and run, walk a lot, tons. I know how to make appropriate shelters in all seasons an regions, how to insulate. How to move at nights day, avoid people, avoid maybe even some drones, not all, unless I carry a ceramic tub. lolI know advanced healthcare and medical care, have few things too. I have spares of everything, clothing, salts, water purification, shelf stable food packed to last decades ... Not much... but I know that doesn't win you much except immediate head start while others are confused I can chose and act and move, have basics. I have tools. I know how to fight, a bit. For someone who doesn't fear death, which I've faced several times, I also don't read war and living in it.
And, I am a Woman. :DI'll be viewed as an easy target, or someone to protect... either way, I can weaponize both.

It all depends on your ability to live in a dystopian war torn environment with no modern conveniences or reliable food and water sources,some people just cannot cope with that and will not do well...

You're either in the building that gets mortared, or you're not. In the MRAP that hits the IED, or in the one behind it. Spotted by the drone, or underneath a pine tree as it flies overhead.If WWIII does break out, it's not up to you whether you live or die. Skills and mindset help. But not nearly as much as luck.
