Either McConnell is dead or he suffered an extremely bad stroke and is non verbal and a near vegetable right now. Either way everybody fucking knows it and every single person knows the exact date that Mitch McConnell will either be pronounced dead or resign and that is August 4th because that is the date that prevents Thomas Massie from running as an Independent for McConnell's seat in the senate.
