honestly?
right now its just a project that I'm doing just for the fuck of it. I have a Raspberry Pi just running doing the data collection right now, (monitorless) but I want to make it headless too so all I have to do is ssh into it to make changes. Its running a desktop environment because the current script I'm running is a tampermonkey script and that only runs in the Desktop environment. it just pulls all the data from /pol/ and drops it into .json and .txt files. Text and filenames.
Next step is to make it headless, which means no desktop environment, but I already have some scripting done and I've been too busy to test it out properly.
I get the data and I've just been running it through the LLM (ChatGPT) but I paid for a month, so why not. Yes, I want a better LLM, but this will do for now because I'm just trying it out.
There were some file compatibility issues but I worked around those.
as far as the reports I do, the LLM more or less started the first one, but since then I've asked questions that keep getting reported on each report. Off the top of my head, I can think of the namefagging thing and the organic thing, for example.
I did the namefagging thing as a joke once to see how it was handling the numbers, but whatever. Other names have popped up on the board.
I think its pretty cool and there's no /pol/ meta thread so I guess there's nowhere to post this except here.
I don't know if the general will be around after Trump literally dies or finishes his term. He's not going to run in 2028. get serious.
