YOU WILL PAY THE 20% TIP FOR YOUR PIZZA AND YOU WILL BE HAPPY This is only the beginning.
>>539848200you lost whitey!
>>539848200You will eat shit as it is ejected from my asshole and you will like it.
>>539848200kys kike. imagine siding with any gig app CEOs
>>539848200Imagine doing anything that requires tipping, couldn't be me!
>>539848200I've never left a tip a single time on any Uber eats or door dash order for as long as I lived.
I don't buy from restaurants or delivery services anymore.
wow american capitalism so cool for kicking the responsibility of paying a fair wage directly to the consumer and their mood/financial situation at that given moment. what could go wrong !
>>539848200imagine using apps
>>539848200why don't they pay the workers the 20% and let you tip the company that 20% instead
>give people the option to pay more>they pay more>REEEEEEE FUCK YOU COMMIEDo Americans really? Also>tipping culture
>>539848639i agree with you when it comes to servers in sit-down restaurants. their "tip" should be a sort of bonus from the customer for service that is excellent friendly familiar prompt etc. and their employer shouldnt be allowed to pay them at cut-rate, "because tips"But the delivery person is different. People who eat in the restaurant shouldnt have to pay increased prices for their food to cover the wages of deliveryboys they dont use. change my mindt. worked as a server and as a bartender
>>539849020Over here when you order a meal off of a delivery app, you pay an increased price for the meal, as well as a delivery fee. So it’s completely unrelated to people who dine in
>>539848200Yeah I just wont order delivery or live in nyc, good job.
>>539849167You sure showed him
>>539849239Well yeah he wont get money. I don’t need to give it to him. He acts like they’ve got shit I need lol
>>539849020Surely, delivery people should get paid a base rate + commission fare per delivery? Like, its not a *tip* and its not based on the value of the ordered food (a doordash driver has to drive the same distance to drop of 4 pizzas as they do to drop off a single milkshake) but you pay them depending on how many deliveries they made during their shift and then hopefully a bit extra for long range deliveries because otherwise drivers will exclusively accept the shortest delivery calls possible and you'll never be able to order food from more than walking distance of your house. So their fee is based on miles driven, not a percent of the food cost. Plus a small amount of money that they get just for clocking in as long as they made at least one delivery that hour.
>>539849351This is correctDrivers here get a base rate, then on top of that get extra based on the distance between the restaurant and the customer, as well as a bit more if they have to wait for ages if a restaurant is running slow. Maybe not all of them are exactly like this, but I imagine it’s the normt. worked for a delivery company for a couple of years
>>539848296Not really. I live in an almost entirely white locale, my local food establishments are staffed almost entirely by white people, and I would never pay some brown or even white retard that expects 20% of the cost of my food just to drive it to my house. You can only lose if you choose to participate under other terms.
>>539849163They raise the price of the food on the apps here too sometimes. I think a lot of people, particularly women, don't notice this. They still expect you to tip as well.
>>539848200The last time I gave a 20% tip for a pizza was the last time I ordered anything for delivery, it arrived 45 minutes late.
>>539849476Its the obvious, logical solution to the problem if your goal is to pay people based on the work they do. A delivery driver drives, you pay them for the driving not the food. But for companies like Doordash and Grubhub, the goal isn't to pay the driver for their service. Its to extract money as the middleman in the operation, and for that they don't want a clear connection between money in -> money out because then it would be obvious how much they are skimming.Doordash got in hot water because of how they actually paid out their tips years ago when they were a newer company. How people assumed tipping worked for natural reasons was "the driver gets paid $10 for the delivery they just made, I tip them $4, they make $14."What was actually happening behind the scenes was that you would tip $4, and the app would still pay the driver 10. Basically just pocketing your tip directly into their pockets while waving their hands to pretend that it was 'fare adjustment' and they are actually paying the tip to the driver but withholding an equal amount from the base fare purely by coincidence so with wasn't TECHNICALLY stealing tips. That didn't hold up in court when challenged, but never forget that this is the kind of shit they pulled when they thought they could get away with it.
>>539849806Tech apps are all trying to maximize extracting or exploiting money from (you) to bad faith indian administrators Only drug addicts will take less than $15 for driving across town with fast food.It is simple how much this ought to cost, not infinity runaway profits to financializing tech apps.
>>539848480the migger always sides with the jew against the white man and the white family. the migger is a cancer that must be exterminated with fire.
>>539850012>Only drug addicts will take less than $15 for driving across town with fast food.I don't know man. The last time I ordered out, it was for a $10 pizza. I gave the delivery driver $3. That was a fair tip. Society worked back when this tip was accepted. This was back in 2003. I estimate it was 20 minutes round trip. Now, that would be a $20 pizza and you're telling me that $15 is the minimum tip? Along with that high tip, it's likely to be delivered by some dirty mystery meat recent import, the quality of the food will be less, and the service will be shittier. Yeah, no thanks. This shitskin world with its shitskins expectations are too much. You want to make $45 an hour for delivering three pizzas? Fuck off, greedball.
>>539850409doesn't buying pizza ingredients at your store to make at home in america cost $30 USD now ? also you have to drive 20 minutes each way yourself to buy
I just bought two pizzas from a dominos delivered from like a mile away and paid 34 for two larges with 6 dollar tip
Tips should be given only for exceptional service and should be done after service is rendered. Tipping on these platforms is basically just a way to get someone to accept your order faster.
>>539848587Same here, I used to love Sonic because it was on that way home I I really like chili dogs but the thing is fast food is already expensive and they're asking more money on top of it with the tip. the kids in there are making $15/hr and you can't seed them making the food so you can only assume they spat it. One of those good things in life I just can't have anymore because of greed.
>>539849351That isn't how it works at all. You're a fat retard.Try a 4.8 mile ride for $3.45.Now multiply trips and factor in gas mileage and vehicle depreciation.Retard. How about you fat fucks go get your own McDonald's if you can't tip.Fatty.
>>539850806You missed the word 'should' and thus failed to understand the entire post.
>>539848480You're siding with the jeet drivers.
>>539850566I live 2 blocks from a local (non chain) pizza joint.
>>539848200I am dumb, this means he forced people to tip larger amounts?
>>539848200I dont use uberjeets
>>539851214post menu
>>539851265I don't even buy take away anymore. I cannot trust that a jeet hasn't touched it. if I cook my own food, at least I can imagine the searing heat burning away the fecal matter
>>539848200>YOU WILL PAY THE 20% TIP FOR YOUR PIZZA AND YOU WILL BE HAPPYI'll just go to Johnny Five's Pizza instead.
Big Pizza corporations hate this simple trick.Buy a machine and start making money today!

>>539850791>Sonicthese kids at my local Sonic drive-in>do you want the coins?
>>539851372This. Haven't eaten at a restaurant or got fast food since 2016.. 10 fucking years now. Started off being proud of being able to make ramen, now I make fully home made pizzas in my sleep. Cook your own food anons, you will thank yourself in the future. Only part I hate still is cleaning up
>>539848200>paying other people to cook and deliver your food
>>539851266since I geolocated myself, cannot domenu starts with 10.95 for a ten inch cheese pizza.I remember the 10 inch super veggie was 13.95
>>539851574>>do you want the coins?I'll be stopping at Sonic soon just to get some change and MAGA coins yo.
>>539848200delivering food or driving someone without food handling, delivery, and chauffer's licenses should be punishable by summary execution. I'm sick of uberniggers.
>>539848200an indian looking after other indians, imagine my shock.
why tf are you using uber eats to order pizza? just fucking call the pizza place.
>>539851682my parents taught me how to cook. then I just expanded once I moved out. my first serious girlfriend could not cook for shit either. I still some times go out to eat. it's normally is someone else is paying for it. now days it's like rolling the dice on who is making the food out the back
build your own pizza oven and make your own pizza you retard.I would show you guys my clay oven but it's outside and covered in a tarp and it's dark outside and I don't feel like getting mosquito bites just to own the goychuds on /pol/
>>539848200I'm probably one of a very select few white dudes that actually did DoorDash and Uber Jeets lmao I got my ass kissed by literally every business I dealt with simply because I'm a well spoken white man. I did it since 2021.
>>539851940Most women can't cook and you wouldn't even want them to try. Trust me white women just cannot cook for shit, they can't even make a fucking steak right.I wouldn't even trust a black woman to make me chicken.Always cook your own food, it's also such a good time to listen to audio books, video essays, tutorials, practice a language, etc.The only real problem if I taught myself how to make sweets and now I have to jog every morning and swim a lot so I dont become a fat ass.
this is just the tip
>>539848200>hid tip buttons and set default tipsWhat’s your problem exactly? How is that even legal to force people to pay a tip unknowingly? He is absolutely right. The tip buttons should be visible and you must have a choice whether to pay or not.
>>539852078I gave up on women cooking ages ago. I got all the old recipes of my grand parents too. I cannot cook Asian shit. I can incorporate some stuff. maybe I need some fancy wok burner thing. I should probably just try some braising recipes from the chinks. that method seems to always turn out good
>>539848200>make employers pay a living wageI sleep>make consumers pay employees wages instead to avoid damaging record profitsReal shit
>>539851949I made one once, but I moved. Haven't made anew one here because thekitchen oven works just fine for the job now
>>539852391pizza is still one of the things I don't make myself. still enough places around that are run by Italians. it's slowly going to vanish. kids don't want to take over the business. get's sold to immigrants, etc. I'm sure it's happening globally to
>>539848200Why would you even bother getting takeout pizza when you can just cook a Red Baron at home? It's 80% as good and 200% cheaper.
>>539848200if i'm being a lazy fuck and ordering from an app i don't mind tipping. none of you should either.
>>539852907i dont trust the frozen pizza meat...i get em with cheese only>add pepperonis>plus more cheese>halved olives>garlic saltway better than most delivered pizza
>>539849604You are spiritually brown, atleast tip fellow white people you race traitor
>>539851940It's the most valuable skill I've ever learned. Anything I ever think of that sounds good, I have the ability to make.. and with how expensive restaurants are now I've never been more satisfied with my ability. >>539852078I agree with this, the 2 women I've dated since I learned how to cook have been horrible at it and I just took over the duty. They both were sooooo impressed, they had their own personal chef according to them (I don't even claim to be great at cooking, just competent kek)
>>539853484I find some equipment or ingredients can be limiting. I am not buying caviar. with jewtube and all the info you can get now. cooking should be easy. I found preparing shit in advance is a massive help. along with cleaning as you go. parent's also help with budgeting so I can eat good poor or rich. just depends how much money I want to spend
>>539853797Oh for sure, I'm not a fancy prick or anything, but I can whip up a chicken casserole or do up some good burritos or a pizza in my sleep.. I agree with cleaning while you go but Im not a great multitasker and need to focus on the meal so I don't forget something. Also I learned/learn everything from youtube guides. One of the few things youtube is still good for anymore. I started off following every recipe to the letter but as I got better I just skim a recipe list and add whatever I want and make it my own way. Haven't made anything I didn't genuinely enjoy in years. Best of luck on your future cooking endeavors anon
>>539850566>doesn't buying pizza ingredients at your store to make at home in america cost $30 USD now ?No. Pizza is one of the cheapest meals I make. Most of the toppings other than the mozzarella are leftover scrap ingredients from the other meals I make. You can do the same thing with omelets, soups, or fried rice.
i live on pasta yogurt and broccoli and never eat outside food.
>>539848200You’re getting $0Take it up with your employer
>>539851462>...What if I'm on the toilet and this robot decides it's time to clean?
>>539848480jews were right about being against tipping thoughever
Delivery drivers make plenty without tips. Youre just cucking if you give them extra. Btw all those faggots work multiple apps or deliveries at the same time, and that is why your food is late and cold.
In Commiefornia they gib welfare $$ to driver wageysI delivered pizza in late 90's,decent tips and single moms...take me back Heket
>>539852768Source the cheese / cows Overcook 200%, not exaggerating. Suggested time is for speeding up sales. If the recipe says 20 minutes, do 40 minutes.Sauce and crust are hard for amateurs. The first two tips help if you keep these simple.
