Both can be true at the same time. Or it can vary depending on which batch you received, since they were not all the same. There would be no reason to need to document specific batches and earmark specific ones for specific groups (ie: specific batches kept in reserve for Pfizer employees) if all batches were identical and completely interchangeable. Something about them differed or else there'd be no reason for them to be treated differently, right?
