Then once your goyim cattle are ready to bleed you can ship them off to fight against the nazis of the hour. If you win, you get to loot a whole economy, except they call it something fancy like the "Marshall Plan." If you lose it's not a worry, since everyone was desperate anyway, and besides winners write history, not losers.
