There are some egregious legal outcomes which have important legal ramifications and the court DOES generally intervene and rule on those when the case is appealed up to them. But then there are thousands of biased, unfair, crooked, or whatever-you-want-to-call-it court cases that are simply outcomes from a crooked system or a system that's been gamed/abused, most frequently by government itself. The court tends not to bother with those simply because that's NOT what the Supreme Court is for. It's honestly what the FBI is for but the FBI doesn't seem to be too interested in investigating things like that since Floyd. The Court is not blind, however. See Justice Thomas' scathing inspection of the local government's INCREDIBLY SHADY behavior in 'Pung v. Isabella County'. So I doubt the court would actually take up the case and rule on it but I think if you informally asked the justices what they thought of it, informally, probably 7 out of the 9 of them would acknowledge it's bullshit. Because it IS bullshit.
