Happened to me after two interviews background check and references.Like keep the job its not worth 24/hr lol.Just want to walk into a place and shake a hand then get a job.Boomers created this god awful system

>>539892711Not really, my boomer teacher told me this HR bullshit he was waiting for a job to reply back at a professor position at a Uni and he did multiple rounds and waited for over 6 months to hear back. This was probably like mid 90's for him. He ended up going to a different university that actually had a quicker process and hired him. He was a nuclear engineer btw.
