Can someone tell me the appeal of Indian food? Literally 99% of Indian food looks like slop with little variation. It's just the same garbage regurgitated over and over again. It tastes like shit AND gives you food poisoning, so I don't even know why people like it. I've seen more diversity in Danish food and Danish food fucking sucks.

I'm not going to lie and say I don't like it, but I stopped going to Indian restaurants for hygienic reasons. Curry is one of the easiest dishes to make anyway, so it would make more sense to spend restaurant money on more complex dishes anyway.

Vegetarian soups and grains are ideal for this. Then you use spices to cover up the unpalatable rotting food. You don't want to give them much meat because it's intensive and expensive and it will help them develop muscle and brain tissues.
