Why won't John Cornyn or Thom Tillis approve Trump's attorney general nominee and accept his anti-weaponization fund?

Don't they realize they are betraying America by allowing the IRS to keep investigating Trump and his family over tax issues?
The IRS must drop all investigations into Trump's taxes because that's the American and Christian way. Jesus would want the IRS to stop investigating. These senators are a disgrace to America for refusing to accept Trump's demands.
